DCDining.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. DC Dining does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

DCDining.com is not responsible for the quality of restaurant service, presentation, or food. Restaurants reserve the right to change their menu and pricing without notice and without advance notice to DCDining.com.

The cost of the meal must be paid on site at the restaurant in accordance with the restaurant's current pricing. Credit cards may not be accepted depending on restaurant policy.

If the preferred date(s)/time(s) are not available, we will book as close as possible to your preferred times unless instructed otherwise. We reserve the right to book 15 minutes before and 60 minutes after your requested time. DCDining.com cannot guarantee specific restaurant availability at any specific time.

In the event of cancellation, you must contact DCDining.com no later than 10:30 a.m. (US Eastern Time Zone) on the day of your reservation. No package refund will be provided for cancellation, but you may request one reschedule per dining package if your plans change, or credit toward an additional, lower-priced meal on a future visit (so reserve for dinner and get a brunch reservation as well). If you are not on time for your reservation, your reservation may be voided and no refund will be granted.
